School Financial Services-DPIS offers a number of HRS Training sessions in the integrated personnel, payroll, and retirement systems for new and existing district users.
This website hosts useful documentation including the HRS training manuals, worksheets, and slides that are used in the training classes. In addition, online videos are available with closed captioning.
To request to enroll for any of the HRS Training classes offered, click on the HRS Training Online Registration link below. Requests submitted before 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to the class date will be processed. No walk-ins or phone registrations are permitted so please register online.

The Human Resource System (HRS) Operations Manual, Volume 1, gives users an understanding of how HRS can support district operations in meeting personnel, payroll and retirement reports processing needs.
