LACOE offers a variety of educational leadership training programs as well as opportunities for training to become a leadership coach.

**The 2024-25 Application Window for the Clear Administrative Services Credential (CASC) and Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) opens on May 1, 2024.**

Clear Administrative Services Credential Program

Comprehensive leadership development support through candidate assessment, individualized coaching, and professional development based on the California Professional Standards for Education Leadership (CPSEL). This program meets the Commission for Teacher Credentialing guidelines.

Preliminary Administrative Services Credential

The Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) is a one-year program aligned with CalAPA Assessment Cycles; the program offers engagement, networking, learning, field work and leadership opportunities.

Leadership Coaching & Faculty Instructor Opportunities

Our trainings prepares coaches to support new administrators enrolled in the Clear Administrative Services Credential Program and the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential Program.
