LACOE operates this Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) to ensure that students with disabilities receive the highest quality services and reach their full potential. Students and families served include those enrolled in LACOE's Juvenile Court & Community Schools, International Polytechnic High School and the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts.
