The Grants Development Office (GDO) is dedicated to supporting educational initiatives through strategic funding opportunities. While our primary service is for the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE), we also assist outside organizations, when partnering with LACOE's units, divisions, or programs. We work to enhance LACOE's programs and services by coordinating grant applications and managing external funding resources.
What We Do
- Advise LACOE staff on funding opportunities
- Coordinate competitive and entitlement grant applications
- Manage the acceptance of grants, gifts, donations, and sponsorships
- Support collaborations aligned with district priorities
