Pathways II Building LACOE Leaders Program Celebrates Successful Cohort

Pathways is designed to provide LACOE employees with the opportunity to develop leadership aptitudes and enhance knowledge and skills for career development and promotional opportunities.
On Thursday, May 23, 2024, LACOE’s Pathways II Building LACOE Leaders Program celebrated the completion of their 2023-2024 professional leadership program. Under the direction of Human Resource Services, a cohort of 13 Pathfinders, program participants, worked with each other, coaches and facilitators to develop leadership capacity and leverage professional networks.
Pathfinders engaged in an eight-month learning cohort, culminating in an action research project on a topic of their choice. The cohort included members from diverse employee groups across the entire LACOE organization. A key feature of Pathways is the opportunity for leadership and learning across divisions, promoting interconnectivity and employee advancement. Superintendent Dr. Duardo also attended to celebrate and emphasize the importance of growth in the workplace, personally congratulating the following LACOE employees on completing the program:
