Support public schools and students by volunteering for the 2024 LA County Academic Decathlon!

Speech and Interview Judges are needed from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on day two of the competition, set for Saturday, January 27, 2024. Speech judges will be rating the timed speeches of the decathletes and the Interview Judges will be asking Decathletes set questions, given at the training, in a timed interview. 

Breakfast and lunch will be provided. The event will be held in person at San Gabriel High School. No prior judging experience needed; LACOE will provide the training necessary for the competition. 

The deadline to sign up is Friday, Jan. 5, 2024.
