Professional development opportunities in ethnic studies equip educators with essential tools and knowledge to create inclusive environments that celebrate diversity. LACOE is committed to help address systemic inequalities and provide trainings that promote a more equitable education system. Through the upcoming ethnic studies trainings LACOE aims to show educators how to adapt teaching methods to students' unique needs.
LACOE's ethnic studies trainings facilitate culturally relevant curriculum integration, enhancing student engagement and academic outcomes.
